A mini-album of remixes and reworkings of tracks from the last few albums, exploring spaces and textures.
The canned guitar from the original mix of Fantastic Escape is removed in lieu of a more synth-focused arrangement.
Conversely the actual hand-played Jazzmaster on Firelight is emphasised to bring out a more indie rock flavour (including a new Dreamtonics generated vocal using the Solaria soundbank).
The set includes a reworking of Hill and Dale from the 2017 album Poetic Champions Decompose as Dale and Hill, delving a little more into the riddim while retaining the essence of the euphoric guitar hooks.
I've also stripped back parts of Circadia and ÅTØMPÜNK to reveal more of the textural details, and then I did something with Comfort and Pain as Painless, which I can't really describe all that well.
A tick over the half-hour mark, this clears the decks for more original Antlerland material to come.
