What to say about this cursed thing? Obviously I took an extract which was released on Apartment Blocks, but it's about time I dumped the whole thing. Having mentioned that this is a "jam" like with Omit Magic Cookie; my workflow is 95% step sequencing, almost nothing gets done in real-time except when something could use a hand-played overdub.
With bottom-up "jam" tunes, there is no big picture consideration here; an idea gets run for a few patterns, before being mutated or changed up, maybe happenstance or a happy accident will suggest the next path to take. Sometimes it stretches out to 18 minutes. Anyway, this is quite an old thing, there was just never a good place for it until now. I still think it's a bit trashy, but you might actually like it anyway.
